In context of a critical exploration and discussion of various tropes and themes that have informed histories of media art from the 1960s through to the present, Steyn Bergs speaks with Brussels-based artist duo Vermeir & Heiremans. Starting from Art House Index, a experimental financial index the artists created on their practice, the conversation will zoom in on the role the arts play within the ever-growing entanglement between finance, urban development and governing.
